Add the service charges

Pools, gardens, security staff and lifts are paid for every month, for years. Ask for the estimated budget per apartment.

Check the guarantees

Land title, building permit, off-plan sale contract (VEFA) drawn up by a notary, payments according to progress, delivery date in the contract.

Measure for yourself

Distances to the beach are declared by the developers. Ask for the exact address of the site and measure on a map, on foot and by car.
