Founding of Harmonie Bâtie SARL
Registration with the Tetouan trade registry (RC 37733). Launch of the company with a clear vision: building excellence in northern Morocco.
Acquisition of the first plot
Acquisition of the 133 m² plot in the Avenue des FAR / Ajanif area in Tetouan. Start of the architectural and technical studies for the R+4 project.
Building permit obtained
Administrative approval and start of foundation work on Résidence Harmonie, the company's first flagship project.
Delivery of Résidence Harmonie
Scheduled delivery of the apartments at the Résidence Harmonie R+4 in Tetouan, with key handover to the first buyers.
Regional expansion
Development of new projects across the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region, including residences in Tangier, M'diq, and Chefchaouen.
