Yes, all our apartments are sold with an individual land title and a notarized deed of sale. Land registry fees are included in the transaction costs. We handle the complete formalization of the property deeds.

Absolutely. We assist many MREs with their property acquisitions in Morocco. Everything can be handled remotely through a notarized power of attorney. We also organize open-house days in host countries (France, Belgium, Spain...). Contact us to learn more.

All our buildings are covered by the mandatory ten-year warranty required under Moroccan law, covering structural defects for 10 years from acceptance of the works. A two-year warranty on equipment (elevator, installations) is also included.
