Harmonie Bâtie SARL is a Moroccan property developer founded in 2025 and based in Tetouan, Avenue des FAR, Ajanif district. We design, build and sell new apartments in the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region, with one simple principle: everything we announce — prices, floor areas, plans, construction progress — can be checked online before your first call.

Our first programme, the Oum Kaltoum Residence, is rising in Martil, Tetouan's seaside town: an R+3 building of 3-bedroom apartments of about 70 m², from 650,000 MAD, delivery expected in early 2027. In Tetouan itself, the Harmonie Residence (R+4 with lift, Avenue des FAR / Ajanif district) is in preparation.
